The Connected Fashion Challenge is an intense, four-week program which will bring 20 talented innovators with diverse backgrounds to co-create a fashion collection that integrates technology to connect and empower communities.
The Challenge
Fashion trends are moving at an unprecedented speed. At the same time, wearable technologies are becoming increasingly more sophisticated and widespread. Against this backdrop, clothes are not just practical items or fashion statements we buy – they can literally connect us with others and the broader world, and fashion can become an even more empowering experience. Together, fashion and technology have the power to innovate, empower and connect!
You can be at the forefront of this development. The Connected Fashion Challenge invites participants from all backgrounds, cultures and communities to come together, ideate, exchange with peers, and ultimately co-create an edgy new collection that fosters meaningful connections and places our partner at the vanguard of a new kind of fashion.
Over the four-week program, you will be guided through an innovation process, from ideation to implementation, with the goal of producing a concrete result: a collection that integrates wearable technologies into fashion and thereby empowers and connects communities in exciting new ways. All this in one of the most vibrant European capitals, Berlin, surrounded by dynamic individuals from across the globe, industries and experiences.
