The much anticipated FCMB Tech Pitch Perfect final was held today at Hub One.
The ten selected finalists comprising 5 e-Payment/e-Collection and 5 e-Saving startups pitched in front of judges, founders and members of the public for a chance to win 1 million naira each.
After several rounds of pitches, SmartTeller was named the winner of the e-Payment/e-Collection track while eFarms was declared the winner of the e-Saving track by the judges including Odunayo Eweniyi of PiggyBank, Segun Adeyemi of Pilot Partners, Abayomi Adebanjo of Jackson Ettiedu and George Ogbonnaya of First City Monument Bank.

SmartTeller-winner of e-Payment/e-Collection track
SmartTeller provides solutions which cater to the financial and educational needs of corporate bodies and individuals.
SmartTeller is one of the foremost fintech solutions of IQGeniusNG which is aimed at improving the performance of microfinance institutions in Nigeria and Africa. It was launched on August 30, 2017, by Ogunwande Oluwole.
eFarms-Winner of the e-Saving track
E-farms is an online platform that allows farm investors to invest in a farm to fund smallholder farmers and the agro-tech startup provides empowerment for youths and graduates passionate and unskilled in agriculture.
Besides the N1 million cash prices, the winners will become members of FCMB Hub One for a year and receive other mouthwatering prizes.
