Seven tech startups currently incubating at the Heritage Bank Lab will present their innovative solutions to a panel of judges, venture capitalists and investors for a chance to win $25,000.
The accelerator program started on March 11 with participating startups taken through series of training and they also had the opportunity to interact with business leaders and founders within in the tech ecosystem who shared the experiences and evolutions of their respective businesses with the aim to inspire and impart business knowledge in the young minds looking to start out their own tech-enabled businesses.
Some of the mentors at the program include; Gbenga Awe (Heritage Bank Plc), Tosin Eniolorunda (TeamApt), Abolore Salami (Riby), Deji Oduntan (Gokada), Muyiwa Faulkner (Mines.io), Shile Owoka (Smile Identity), Moses Sule (Oradian) to mention a few.

Trep Labs is focused on developing technology to address health-related problems. They have invented a drip monitoring device which helps monitor drip fluid transmission during patients care. This Made in Nigeria device also provides status updates to caregivers (Nurses & Doctors) via SMS and a Mobile App.
Simbi Bot
Simbibot is an Ai-powered intelligent and interactive learning assistant. The platform helps African students LEARN, MASTER and EVALUATE themselves on any topic in different subjects. Simbibot is a unique platform designed specifically for secondary school students to learn new concepts and prepare for examinations.
BBOX
BBOX is an SME focused Fintech. They are looking to aggregate SME focused services into one tech platform to enable businesses to function more efficiently. This platform has automated complex problems faced by small businesses.
IDEN2FIVE
IDEN2FIVE is looking to digitize and mechanize agriculture in Nigeria. Their technology leverages blockchain to create an open data platform for agriculture using artificial intelligence algorithms; to create a predictive pricing model which ensures farm produce are distributed effectively and profitably.
Wedding Paddy
Wedding Paddy will leverage technology to provide convenient and efficient wedding planning. After planning weddings for years, this team of young, vibrant and intelligent minds has built a platform which automates the entire wedding planning process from vendor selection to couple-planner engagement, etc.
