The FCMB Wennovation agritech incubation program has come to stay as this is the second year that the program is being held.
The 2018 program was won by Crop2Cash, which allows users to order produce directly from farmers. The agritech startup won the overall prize, consisting of the cash prize plus six months of free workspace, access to Wennovation Hub’s networks and six months of mentorship.
The FCMB Wennovation agritech incubation program is set out to guide early-stage entrepreneurs to test and validate their ideas as well as gather their first set of customers or pivot if need be. This is done through a combination of financial support, guidance, and training.
