David Adeleke popularly known as Davido, the CEO of Davido Music Worldwide (DMW), has terminated the contract of his new signee, Lil Frosh.
Davido in a press statement posted on his social media handles said that the decision to end the contract of the rapper was based on internal investigations. The statement added that all affiliations with Lil Frosh has been severed with immediate effect.
The statement reads: “In light of recent allegations made against Mr Sanni Goriola Wasiu a.k.a Lil Frosh, we would like to state that as a record label, domestic violence is not a trivial matter and we will never support or condone such behaviour.
“There is no excuse for the actions of Lil Frosh and we understand that there is nothing that can be said or done to take away the insensitivity shown.
“Upon internal investigations carried out by the label, we are left with no option than to terminate the recording contract that exists between the label and Lil Frosh, effective immediately. We hereby immediately severe all affiliations with Mr. Sanni Goriola Wasiu a.k.a Lil Frosh.
“Once again, we do not condone domestic violence and stand with all victims of domestic violence.”
What happened?
A Twitter user, Mayoks Michael had taken to Twitter to call out Sanni Goriola a.k.a Lil Frosh for domestic violence meted out to his client and sister (thacutegeminme).

In a series of Tweets, Mayok accused Lil Frosh of causing his sister and client nothing but horror, pain and disaster.
