Bolt has donated office equipment to the Lagos State Ministry of Transport’s Vehicle Inspection Service Centre in a bid to ensure the seamless adoption of the new ride-hailing regulations by the Lagos State Ministry of Transport.
This new ride-hailing regulation seeks to address various safety concerns facing the online ride-hailing industry and to ensure effective accreditation processes for Drivers.
The office equipment was received by the Director of the Lagos Vehicle Inspection Service Centre, Engr Akin-George Fashola.
He thanked Bolt and said “We are very grateful to the Bolt Team in Nigeria for helping us get more equipment at this time. This equipment will help provide efficient and swift service and enable us to serve the people of Nigeria better, especially as more people seek other opportunities and avenues to make a living for themselves.”
