How To cancel auto-renewal on MTN
- Dial *131# on your MTN line
- Choose Data Plans – Option 1.
- Select 99 for next and choose 9-Manage Data where you can view your active data bundle, opt n for auto-renewal and cancel it.
- Choose Cancel auto-renewal – Option 3.
- Select the MTN data plan bundle to Opt-Out Of.
- You have successfully opted-out.
Alternatively, you can cancel it on MTN by sending NO+ subscription code to 131. For example, to cancel auto-renewal on MTN daily plan (75MB for N100), SMS NO104 to 131.
How To cancel auto-renewal on Airtel
- Text “STOP” to 141. Or
- Text “STOPAUTORENEW” TO 440.
- you would receive a confirmation message from Airtel that your request was successful.
- You can keep trying until you get a confirmation message from the network provider.
How To cancel auto-renewal on Glo
- Kindly Send “CANCEL” to 127
- You would get a confirmation message from Glo informing you that the operation was made.

- Simply dial *229*0# to deactivate.
- You can also text STOP to 229
- You would receive a confirmation message from 9mobile that your request was successful.
- Continue trying until you receive a message from 9mobile
