Oluyomi Ojo has stepped down as the CEO of Printivo.
Temitope Ekundayo and Ibukun Oloyede who alongside Ojo co-founded Printivo six years ago will now take over the running of the startup.
Announcing the news in a blog post, Ojo said he will continue to serve as a director on Printivo’s board and support the team.
“It’s been a journey loaded with exciting moments and some of life’s greatest lessons. I will always be grateful for the opportunity to build Printivo from scratch and serve over 20k small businesses and creatives across Nigeria.
“I love to build, I love to solve problems, and if there is anything we have an abundance of in today’s complex world, it is problems. So, we build again,” he said.
Under his leadership, the startup raised money from investors including 500 Startups, Etisalat, EchoVC Partners, and YouWin — an initiative of Nigeria’s Federal government of Nigeria — while working with top brands like Samsung, Google, Uber, Microsoft, and the BBC.
