When you want to download an app as an Android user, the first place to visit is the Google Play Store. This is where you get both free and paid apps.
Talking about paid apps, there are situations you might need them just once and you get rid of the app on your Android smartphone. So, do you have to pay for such an app? Definitely no.
There are alternatives to Google Playstore where you can download paid apps for free. We share some of them.
Aptoide App Store
Aptoide is s one of the well-known third-party app stores. You can either download the Aptoide on its website or search and download the paid on the same webpage. You will have access to hundreds of apps that you would typically have to pay for.
Mobogenie
Mobogenie is a platform where you can download paid apps for free. However, the only limitation of using Mobogenie is that it contains ads. It has a great user-friendly UI with the weather widget.
Google Opinion Rewards
Google Opinion Rewards is not necessarily ‘free’ but you can get credit in your Google Play balance by filling in surveys. Fill in enough of these and apps that you would typically have to pay for become ‘free’.
AppSales
AppSales simply aggregate apps that have been recently listed as free to download. You can try and you may be able to download the app for free on AppSales.
Paid Apps Gone Free
Paid Apps Gone Free (PAGF) allows you to find and download apps, games, icon packs, wallpapers and more that you would typically have to pay for, but similarly to AppSales it tells you which ones are available for free for a limited time. You will be directed to the UbuntuVibes blog, where you can then download the app, game and so on.
Blackmart
With Blackmart, you do not have to pay to download paid apps or create an account. Although it allows you to sort between paid and free apps, it gives you the possibility of downloading apps that are not available in your country. The shortcoming here is that Blackmart is simply for test the app. So if you think you will use it a lot, consider buying it from the Google Play Store.
